How does the delivery process work?
- Once your order is processed in the system, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. If they cannot reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
- Our Maximum delivery time during normal seasons will be 6 days and might extend to 7-10 days during festive seasons or if the region is effected by any calamities.
How is the product packaging done?
We pack our products in 40 Micron transparent bags, again covered by a mailer.
What is the range of locations Zebra Klub ships their products?
We ship throughout Pan-India!
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS update and email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
- You can track the status of your package from the tracking sent to you.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders on the same-day or next-day and during the festive season or any public holidays, you might experience delays.
Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
We have standard shipping applied to all the orders at free of cost, Express Delivery will attract charges of INR 100/-
Does Zebra Klub(Minima Brand Labs Private Limited) ship outside India?
At present, we ship only within India.
